  • Motivation is like "Self-kick" that helps us to do our work to reach goals.

It's of 2 types -

  • Intrinsic- means we're doing that work for "Internal satisfaction"
  • Extrinsic- means there is a FORCE that's driving us to do work. It can be money,car, luxury, or any other external lurable things.
