People don't save even if they can
People want to save for many reasons: for unforeseen circumstances, retirement, holidays, or to avoid debt. Others think it is a good idea to save because they should.
While not everyone is in a position to save, of those who can save and knowing its benefits, few do it.
The Time/Effort Needed To Participate In Well-Being Programs
Among all employees who indicated they could have participated in a physical well-being program in 2020 but didn’t, 38% said it was because they were too busy.
This is particularly concerning, as those most in need of well-being support often have the least time or energy.

A happy recruiter is one who has minimum work to do. Making it easy for them is more likely to give you an interview.
