Arthashashtra (Arthaśāstram) is derived from two words- "Artha" & "Shashtra" which translates to The book of Economics. The book talks about Rajnitivigyaan or Political Science, Foreign relations, diplomacy, covert operations, military, the art of statecraft. Basically - it is a holy book for leaders, politicians, and economics enthusiasts. Chanakya (Vishnugupta or Kautilya) who is the original author of the book has very intricately mentioned the details of the statecraft and policies in around 15th century which can be still implemented in today's system.
