<ul><li>If you feel in a good mood (High dopamine levels), avoid external stimuli and start with divergent thinking as soon as possible. </li><li>If you feel in a bad mood (low dopamine levels), seek external stimuli and don’t start divergent thinking just yet. </li></ul>
