Law of Vibration

Everything is in motion thus everything is vibrating. There is no stillness in our universe. Every thought or mental state has a corresponding rate and mode of vibration. The higher the vibration, the longer lasting the effects are. The lower the vibration, the more potent the effects are in the short term. The difference between a human who can kill in rage and a human who can heal in love is simply vibration.
