Reward yourself

When you reach Level Two you could get yourself a piece of equipment that you can use to help you with your goals.

Here are some examples if your goals are related to workouts / losing weights :

•  A watch with GPS;
• A stability ball;
• Color...

• For completing study goals or achieving milestones.
• Help's you stay motivated & on track.

Try using a rewards system: Once you knock three items off your list, or once you finish a particularly grueling task, you can allow yourself to check Twitter, eat a snack, or go to the gym.
