What does this mean to you? If it means you love your job but the circumstances don’t allow you to perform at your highest potential, or you’ve decided the workload with the low paycheck isn’t worth your efforts then you’re better off leaving.
But what if you want a change, what if you want a career change? Then I say, if it means that much to you, don’t be afraid to do it if you can.
