THE SENTENCE OF OBLIGATION
You criticize yourself and other people using phrases such as "it is necessary, it is necessary". For example, "I shouldn't feel embarrassed and nervous like that. What's wrong with me?"
The logical answer is : The sentence of necessity is restrictive and ignores willpower by its very nature. What needs to be done is not done, you choose to do what you think is right to do. There are no obligations in this life, there are only consequences, and you are the one who makes a choice taking into account these consequences. As long as you stand behind the choice you made, act however you want.
