Through my years of practice i came to realise self love is boundless, yet love towards others requires a dynamic... Giving 'freely' attracts takers and abusers, and therefore should be accompanied by the boundaries that govern engagments. In simpler terms there are traits and qualities that act as prerequisites to be able to achieve that exchange. Reciprocity requires a sense of belonging under a shared ethos or moral value. Giving requires a sense of joy and appreciation towards others. Receiving requires a sense of humbleness and gratitude that allows the cycle of exchange to continue.
