Knowing how narrow my presentation to a number of people's understand was, I had to start it like this: "Most of you understand the importance of school culture". By making my first hypothesis a fact led a lot if not all into agreeing with everything I had to say there on. The issue with most people is that if you happen to elevate them by telling them that they have the skills and knowledge on the topic, it is only 1% of the human race can devaluate themselves by disagreeing on the hypothesis.
