The spinning wheels, turning egg timers, and moving progress bars we regularly see on our screens when using our electronic devices are often deceptive.

They are generally there to give the impression that something is happening and that we are not waiting in vain.

In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in our body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs.

The assumption that the Earth can stop spinning is far-fetched. But, what if something changed the Earth's rotation? Let's assume the Earth stopped spinning gradually.

And let's suppose that Earth's ecosystems have survived the transition. What would the new world look like?
