Understand what you were hired to do and the results you are supposed to deliver.

By being aware of hat you're truly accountable for, you can justify delegating and deleting tasks that aren't related to your job-specific tasks and goals.

After having finished to study, make up your own practice test, which is supposed to evaluate your knowledge on that given topic. If you are unsatisfied with the result, just go back to study some more.

Sprays work, but be aware:

• You have to make sure you apply enough. Spray until there's a visible sheen, and then you're supposed to rub it in.
• You probably don’t want to breathe it in or get it in your eyes.
• Do not ever spray them near a fire.
