1) Avoid standing early after waking up.
2) Avoid using the phone during the first hour of the morning.
3) Avoid forgetting drinking or not drinking maintenance medicines. You can alternate drinking it. Take your medicines.
4) Avoid procrastination. We have a bio-written signal, when we see the sun we should wake up. Pray, meditate, deep breathing, positive thoughts, and start the day right.
