Laziness is not a bad thing as long as it’s strategic. Disassociate effort from reward and focus on achieving results with as little work as possible. The keys are to focus on the most essential things and make your work fun. This ties with your “why” – if you aren’t passionate about what you’re doing, it will be hard to achieve extraordinary results.
