When you become conscious of your unconscious fears, thoughts or whatever trigger your mind, then you can also integrating them whit your conscious awareness.
Please pay ATTENTION... It's not easy at the beginning, but with some practice you can reach the heart of the problem and resolve it. Maybe you can ask for professional help.
Knowing yourself, knowing your thoughts and wea it's important if you want to have real and deep friendships, because sometimes some of them can be destroyed by your reactions. (Personal experience)
