Write down everything you do in the first three steps in a blank sheet. Sometimes, that blank sheet turns out to be a good note but if not, then make notes by reading through small bits of information & also that blank sheet to make perfect notes.
There are many formats to make those perfect notes, one of them is Flashcards. Short, concise & fun! Another is mind maps, charts, linear (usually not recommended)
