What Is Shadow?
I like to call her Shadow like I call my friends with their names. It's part of every person in this world, even if a lot of people think they haven't a hidden, unconscious mind which rules their life until they come into contact with her to find out who they really are.
No I'm not crazy when I say that you have to talk with your Shadow, but mainly you have to hear without judging what she say. Our Ego, the conscious mind, work to hide a lot of thoughts, ideas, behaviors and other things that he doesn't like just because he have to mantein an ideal imagine of himself, of how other see us.
