Cultivate comfort with uncertainty and impermanence.
So much of what we do is because we’re afraid that we don’t know what’s going to happen, we’re afraid we’re going to lose something, and the truth is, we never know what’s going to happen, and we are going to lose everything: we are all going to die, right?
And if we can just be okay in that space of not knowing, and be okay with the fact that things are not going to be the same all the time, then life gets so much easier.
