Stress: How do they deal with stress. How you help each other handle stress. Because there are gonna be stressful times.
Communication: have honest and clear communication. & offer feedback to each other .
Finances : How much time you can go without salary. What timeliness do you have in mind. Is it 1 month, 2 month or 1 year.
Commitment : How much you can work on this project, whether 1 or 2 hrs a day or work on weekends.
Meet in person as soon as possible. So that the communication is smooth.
Don't have CFs for fund raising , or learnable skills.
