Clarity with past

Often the problem I have observed that relationships doesn't work out because of unclear past .

Sometimes we neglect or try to get over it eventually cause ultimate damage to relationship.

How do we do it :

  1. clear our thoughts about past events
  2. accept it
  3. eventually will move on .

Still How ?

  1. To clear our thoughts , best way I experienced write your thoughts .
  2. When we write we understand the problem
  3. understanding the problem is nothing but we move on over our shit self .
