Why can't people come up with their own ideas? Why do many people come up with great ideas but don't profit from it?
Each new innovation or idea opens up the possibility of additional innovations and ideas. At first, there are limits, but those limits are continually expanding.
Only invite brains
Every organization consists of 2 general types of people:
- a) those who agree with the boss all the time and
- b) those who have their own ideas and opinions.
The Yes-men and Yes-women only spout regurgitated pap, so don't invite them.
A healthy balance
Elements that produce a healthy balance in relationships:
- Attention: The emotional needs of both partners are being met.
- Influence: Both partners can engage with and emotionally affect the other.
- Accommodation: Most decisions are made jointly.
