The Responsibility of Care

People who prioritizes nurturing and responsibility, may bully others if they feel their sense of security or stability is threatened. They may resort to controlling or manipulative behavior to maintain order and protect their own interests.

Many times when people hear a talk on boundaries and taking responsibility for their own lives, they say, “That’s so self-centered. We should love one another and deny ourselves.” Or, they actually become selfish and self-centered. Or, they feel “guilty” when they do someone a favor. 

When you take responsibility for your problems, you're in control of the solution. When you blame others, you’re handing over control to someone else. And you cannot control them.
