Seeking Validation

Validation is our basic need but in present scenariok world has become multi cultural, multi lingual society with different ideologies and plethora of beliefs.It becomes very pertinent that the criteria of validation has radically changed and has diversified drastically. This has created validation void in societies which is reflected in our behaviour as we go to great lengths to please others, even if it means sacrificing your own needs or values. We constantly compare ourself to others and feel inadequate. We are easily offended by criticism and take it personally. We feel abyss without it
