At times you feel as if you are not moving forward at all. You feel as if all the energy, hard work and effort you have put into a specific field has gone to waste. This field may be about personal improvement, academics, work and so on.

However, it is okay to feel like that. We are human beings after all, though it is important to know and remember that long-term benefits take their own specific time to resurface. So, just change your focus, and look towards the process not the end goals it.
