For breaking a bad habit you should know what is the reason behind it. In my case I start watching shorts when I feel anxious and don't know what I have to study next, there are many topics to study from.
So in my case the solution is a proper study timetable. I also try meditation,prayer and few deap breaths which help me to overcome my feelings,mood,temptations and anxiousness.
