Don't Fall for Quick Fix Promises

Start by waking up half an hour before your usual time. Begin with light exercises for at least 5-10 minutes. Then, try creating your own schedule based on your own ideas. Through trial and error, you will improve each day.

I'm not saying you should not conduct research, because sometimes it reveals things we didn't already know. However, we should not overdo it and waste time.

But we all know we are just procrastinating. We just don't want to do it, so we fool ourselves by telling ourselves that we are working on that idea. However, the reality is that we are just wasting our time.

Time Is Important 

We all know that we should wake up early, exercise, eat healthy food, meditate, and start making a schedule for our tasks and other things.However, what do we really do? We just start searching on Google and YouTube for ways to be productive, how to do our work effectively and efficiently.
