How to do it:

  • Close your eyes and relax
  • Focus on the point between your eyebrows
  • Slowly breathe in and out
  • Rest your palms on your lap
  • Do this for at least 5 minutes each day
  • Gradually increase your timing after a few days

Remember not to do it all at once in a single day. Take small steps and be consistent with your practice.
