Creativity is the missing element for AGI

The difference between a human brain and an algorithm is the former has creativity: the ability to produce new explanations. The algorithms we use all have an explanation embedded in them. To reach the point of AGI we need a theory that explains how brains create explanatory knowledge. Such a theory is beyond present-day knowledge.
