According to<a href="https://www.livescience.com/33749-top-10-inventions-changed-world.html"> LiveScience</a>, some of the top inventions are;Wheel, Compass, Light Bulb, Telephone, Internal Combustion Engine, Internet, X-rays.Undoubtedly, a good number of them have in some way influenced the spread of the gospel or Christianity as we know it today.A few of the innovators were Christians too so the mindset of great innovation ought to be encouraged and adopted within the Church.

Introduction: The effect of top Innovations on the Gospel

1. God deposited creativity in man to be creative just as God is. Small-mindedness, timidity, and poverty are anomalies because God doesn't have these traits. We have great potential for creativity and innovation.2. The Great Commission is a huge assignment that involves reaching out to a large number of people, countries, and languages with urgency. It requires innovative methods if we would evangelize the world in our time.3. It is a balance between focusing on church and world development. It should not be either-or. It can be both.

3 Mindset shifts to make

Argument/Suggestion: Christians should focus on Church (and its activities) and leave other things."Afterall, We are not of this world, it is not our final destination. This world is passing. So why bother?" The dangerous implication of this mindset is that we take the back seat and let other people chart and dictate for us the course of the world we and our children live in.Undesired Effect: the Church is slowly becoming late adopters. Always at the tail-end of technological advancement playing catchup.
