It would be wise first off, to remove from your life, things which bring you no value- these may include:
1. Things which you do out of habit, but have no use anymore.
2. Things which you do for short term pleasure, but bring you more harm in the long term
3. Other things which you think you need but haven't thought about deeply enough- ask yourself of everything: "is this necessary?"
