After we must have balanced sense of control by identifying what is and what is not in our control, the next step is to develop our mental strength to become mentally stronger-- have less tendency to spend our whole time worrying. Because, when we stop worrying about things we can’t control, we will have more time and energy to devote to the things we have control over. And this can be key to reaching your greatest potential.

However, to do that, we have to engage in healthy Affirmations, Loving-kindness, and Mindfulness (living in the present moment.
