<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Only two things count: Love in the sense of unconditional love and knowledge in the sense of holistic knowledge about the greater connections.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">When we practice the "far view", we can reach a state of mind where we suddenly understand everything about certain things all at once.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Use love and knowledge as your fixed star to align your smaller goals to.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Acceptance instead of resistance: Accept and love your imperfections as long as your inner self is not ready to change. Your imperfections are not the problem, but your own resistance.</li></ul>

Love and Knowledge

When someone criticises you, look them straight in the eyes and say: "That is very interesting. Can you tell me more?"Either you can gain some insights that can expand your horizons. Or the other one has nothing constructive to say.

When you are stressed, mad or frustrated, take three minutes and concentrate on the things you are grateful for. Your attitude will change immediately. You will relax, your breathing will slow down and after three minutes you will be able to act rationally.

Write it down.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Anti-Joy Program: You may laugh in public only if you are at least 2 people and everyone knows what you are laughing about.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Our upbringing "enchants" us.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Only the little EGO would wish bad upon others. The soul would never have any such notions. Thus, the motives are small-minded, e.g. envy, vindictiveness, vengence, greed.</li></ul>

We are not robots!

Let's give ourself the freedom to react in the here and now how we are currently able to react. If we notice later that we don't like our reaction, we need to be thankful for discovering something we can improve upon. This is way better than to curse the past and spend the rest of the day with a guilty conscience. Who has anything to gain when you live in the past?

Fix the potholes before you travel.</li></ul>

Higher life goals bring peace of mind

What you wish upon others, will reflect back upon you.The world is your echo, your mirror.By wishing positive things upon others, you strengthen your own system and you feel better.

Contemplate things. You will gain new insights into the matter. And to the problems that remain you say: "Thank you for letting me know that I am not able to handle this situation - but I accept it!"

Unconditional love does not derive from normal feelings. It is not the result of neuronal and hormonal interaction. Unconditional love comes from the heart. It is an act of the conscious mind. It is our soul that radiates and receives this kind of love.Receiving unconditional love can heal your soul. Sending unconditional love can heal the recipient. Radiating this love of the soul can heal the world.

What is Love?

We learn these programs in childhood.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">As long as we are "enchanted", we are bound to play a role according to our learned programs. As long as we are scared to discard these rules, we will never be our true self.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Playing our role, we will always be the victim of our learned programs. Trying to do what everyone else expects of us, we will never be satisfied, judging others that have stopped playing by the rules.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">We can decide not to follow our learned programs.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">We can accept that others also have the choice to not follow their learned programs.</li></ul>
