When writing your script, try to include as many of the five senses as possible: sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste.
Always use positive, active wording (for example, excited, energized, anxious, happily, and so on).
Make all suggestions believable.
Include confidence, self-esteem, and relaxation statements.
Use pictures and imaginative phrases. The subconscious mind reacts better to pictures rather than just words. Use your imagination as much as possible, seeing the end result as having already been attained rather than the progression of reaching it.
