The answer is pretty much everything but I want you to realise which aspect of life you want to improve the most. Healthy people attract more opportunities, we all know that. They also attract the best partner. You may waste your time by saying things like this is not fair or you can invest your time in becoming healthy.
I would suggest the latter.
