For example when I was unhealthy I used to have so many problems while travelling. I used to get easily exhausted and my body used to ache a lot. Even If I was sitting at the most beautiful beach, I would be too sad to appreciate. So when I came back I decided that I would really work on my health. Fortunately I have come so far when it comes to my health goals.
I also used to be more unreliable as a family member but now that I am more healthy, my family relies on me more. I have become more resourceful. I hated myself at times when I was incompetent and sickly.

They also attract the best partner. You may waste your time by saying things like this is not fair or you can invest your time in becoming healthy.
