With the launch of Open AI’s ChatGPT a year ago, the popularity of ‘AI’ and to be more specific “Generative AI” has gained a lot of momentum in users.

A lot of new tools and AI integrations are developed on top of large models that would assist employees at work to improve productivity and automate tasks.
