Once you get in the negative vortex, there’s no way you’ll get out of it. So be careful how you deal with negativity because it could ruin your day and life.
When I was younger, I had trouble dealing with it. Every time something bad happened, my whole world collapsed. And every misstep was enough to throw me back into the vortex of negative emotions.
But I practiced mindfulness for a while. And it helped me understand the fragility of our emotions.
