If I did, I would be a billionaire living my best life on a private boat in the middle of the ocean. (Yes, that’s my billionaire imagery.) But I’m here. I’m writing for you, hoping to improve someone’s life. So I will tell you what happiness is for me. And I hope you can resonate or find your meaning.

For me, being happy is all about the mindset. If you’re happy, you don’t have any worries but your mindset.

You want to do things. You are full of energy. And there’s nothing that can stop you.

Once you get in the negative vortex, there’s no way you’ll get out of it. So be careful how you deal with negativity because it could ruin your day and life.

When I was younger, I had trouble dealing with it. Every time something bad happened, my whole world collapsed. And every misstep was enough to throw me back into the vortex of negative emotions.

But I practiced mindfulness for a while. And it helped me understand the fragility of our emotions.

  3. You can use the 5-minute breakdown trick to finish your task faster.
  4. Challenge yourself daily to do your best.
  5. And learn to avoid negativity or let it go as soon as it reaches you.
