Morning people tend to be more proactive and have more opportunities to succeed. So, wake up early and establish a good morning routine to tell your brain it’s time to work.

1 - Set your alarm to get off 5 minutes earlier every day until you wake up early in the morning (6-7 a.m.)2 - Move your alarm clock to force yourself to get out of bed to stop it.3 - Use natural light to help your body wake up without any artificial help.4 - Meditate for at least 10 minutes to get in the zone.5 - Exercise for at least 10 minutes to wake up your body.6 - Drink a glass of water to activate your metabolism.7 - Have a healthy breakfast to get in the mood for productivity.8 - Write a diary for 10 minutes to warm up your brain and focus abilities.
