1 - Set your alarm to get off 5 minutes earlier every day until you wake up early in the morning (6-7 a.m.)

2 - Move your alarm clock to force yourself to get out of bed to stop it.

3 - Use natural light to help your body wake up without any artificial help.

4 - Meditate for at least 10 minutes to get in the zone.

5 - Exercise for at least 10 minutes to wake up your body.

6 - Drink a glass of water to activate your metabolism.

7 - Have a healthy breakfast to get in the mood for productivity.

8 - Write a diary for 10 minutes to warm up your brain and focus abilities.

10 - Write your to-do list or check your second brain to see what you must prioritize.

11 - Resist the urge to check your e-mails until you finished your planning.

12 - Use specific, achievable, and time-bounded tasks.

13 - Set your phone on “ Do not disturb ” to avoid any distractions.

14 - Let other people know you won’t be available until you finish your first work session.

15 - Eat the frog and complete the most challenging task of the day first.

16 - Work on intervals of 30-60-90 minutes to plan your tasks easier.

17 - Track your time and set deadline limits. If your time has finished, move to the next task even if you haven’t completed the task to avoid chain delays. You will get back to it later if you save time elsewhere.

18 - Delegate or schedule in container slots all the micro-tasks that could take less than 10 minutes to finish.

19 - Don’t multitask to avoid context-switching delays.

20 - Keep a journal for any idea. You don’t have time to think about it now.
