Take something out of your life or put something in your life that’s going to improve you. That’s what discipline is.

“I’m not going to eat ice-cream for six months. I’m not going to throw it out of my life; I’m going to take six months off.”

Discipline is not taking things away from you; is letting you know that you can live without anything; that you don’t need anything.
