Just because you eat too much ice-cream, you say “I’m not going to eat it no more”. That’s not discipline.

Take something out of your life or put something in your life that’s going to improve you. That’s what discipline is.

“I’m not going to eat ice-cream for six months. I’m not going to throw it out of my life; I’m going to take six months off.”

Discipline is not taking things away from you; is letting you know that you can live without anything; that you don’t need anything.
