Petting

Technique #1: Chin scratches. Scruff roght under their chin. Try not to scratch their throat. If this doesn't work, move on.

Technique #2: Undercollar scratches. Under a cats collar is where they don't usually get pet, and a collar makes them itchy. If not, move on.

Technique #3: First, lightly scratch their upper back, then, pet their full back for a few strokes. Repeat. If this doesn't work, try to make your own Technique that your cat likes.
