How should you do to maintain your valuable attention

1.Allocating the attention you have in deep-focused and be intentional

You should try to allocate which are more important things you should pay attention to and the things that you should not to pay attention to. If you do that, you will understand better which things you get done first and then get done another task after, and also you can know how your mind work. So, you are not waste a time for doing things unconsciously. Simply by acknowledging its presence and appreciating its value, you can begin to direct your attention toward activities, people, ideas and issues that are worthy.
