For example, if a person is having anger issues, he/she will focus on removing the anger, which is the same as removing darkness without turning on the light. Instead, we should focus on having mercy or compassion for others, which is like turning on the light in this case.

So, all I am saying is to focus on the correct thing, that means focus on the solution and not on the problem.
