The balanced lifestyle is the rule 80/20 I spoke about in the previous posts. You have to find what you like. Don’t compare yourself to others- it doesn’t make sense.
For example: someone follows the rule and eats unhealthy just 3 times a week and you 5 times a week and you feel bad. It doesn’t make sense. Why? Because then you find out the person eats bigger amount of unhealthy food and you just a little. Or he eats just 3 times a day and you 4 so if he would eat the same as you it wouldn’t be 20% of unhealthy but 40%.
