Rule 80/20 means 80% of what you eat is healthy and 20% is unhealthy. For example you can eat every day 5 meals so you eat 35 meals for week and you can eat 7 unhealthy meals.

Because as I already said in my previous post when you eat sometimes a little unhealthy it doesn’t do anything. You won’t die or take up 7 kilograms. And you will feel better. So you would eat around 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy and do you know, how much is it? Just a little. When you eat 20% unhealthy it’s so little that it won’t have any impact on you.

In the first article I counted how much is 20% when you eat 5 meals every day. But don’t do it like this. It was just an estimate and an example. It also depends on the amount, too. But stop counting calories or how much you eat. Why would you do that? When you want to lose weight (not because you want to be skinny but you need to lose weight) you can manage your goals in other ways than counting everything. Your life isn’t about numbers. Live your life.
Btw: don’t count how many percent of unhealthy you eat. It can be once 40% a week and then 10%. Follow your feeling and mood

The balanced lifestyle is the rule 80/20 I spoke about in the previous posts. You have to find what you like. Don’t compare yourself to others- it doesn’t make sense.
For example: someone follows the rule and eats unhealthy just 3 times a week and you 5 times a week and you feel bad. It doesn’t make sense. Why? Because then you find out the person eats bigger amount of unhealthy food and you just a little. Or he eats just 3 times a day and you 4 so if he would eat the same as you it wouldn’t be 20% of unhealthy but 40%.

I follow this rule around 1 month and I think it’s great! I don’t think I will ever stop. I feel so well!
I eat unhealthy every day and a little - like 3 cookies every day or like this. Because when I tried to eat unhealthy just 5 days a week I always the day after “healthy day” ate a lot unhealthy. I’m satisfied like this.
