I follow this rule around 1 month and I think it’s great! I don’t think I will ever stop. I feel so well!
I eat unhealthy every day and a little - like 3 cookies every day or like this. Because when I tried to eat unhealthy just 5 days a week I always the day after “healthy day” ate a lot unhealthy. I’m satisfied like this.
