You face your fear, fight your mind, use the 5 second rule, but can't get results. Know that the 5 second rule is just the push you need to start the journey, to reach the goal you need to face many more challenges. You will need to gain knowledge, practice and experience, but at the end of the road you will accomplish what you deserve.
