Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. This will increase your energy levels and build discipline.

Everyday I try to sleep around 10:30pm or maximum 11:00pm after my daily meditation practice. And everyday I wake up before 5:00am. Trust me when I say this: waking up early can solve most of your problems if you do it the right way.
