Types of Statements

Statements can take many forms. A story statement shares a personal experience, a cold read makes an observation about someone, and random statements add spontaneity. These methods make conversations interesting and give others plenty of ways to engage.

An example of a story statement is sharing a personal experience or opinion about being terrified of the dark as a child, which provides a topic for discussion and reveals personal information.
